Dedicated Section Bending

W24S focuses on structural profiles rather than flat plate, using three driven rolls, hydraulic roll positioning, guide devices, and profile-specific tooling to control section bending.

All three rolls are driven to improve traction during profile bending. This helps feed structural sections smoothly and reduces slipping when bending angle steel, channel steel, beams, bars, and tubes.

The machine can work horizontally or vertically, allowing operators to choose the best orientation for profile size, bending radius, workspace, and material handling.

Digital readout for lower-roll movement helps operators repeat forming positions, control radius changes, and improve setup consistency between profile bending jobs.

Side guide rolls and optional hydraulic guide devices help control twisting and deformation, especially when bending asymmetric profiles or sections that need extra lateral support.

Profile-specific roll tooling can be selected for angle, channel, I-beam, H-beam, flat bar, round bar, square bar, pipe, and other special shapes.
