Asymmetric Structure
W11F uses a compact asymmetric 3-roll geometry for light sheet rolling, stable traction, and controlled pre-bending near the tight point.
The W11F structure places two rolls on one side and a movable side roll on a linear guide. This geometry bends the material close to the clamping point, helping thin sheets resist sliding during pre-bending.
Standard equipment includes two motorized rolls, induction hardened rolls, polished roll surfaces, motorized pre-bending and bending, roll tilt, profile roll extensions, mobile pedal controls, emergency barrier, and CE certification.
Optional features include digital roll-position readouts, conical device, profile bending rings, numerical controls, vertical roll versions, and corrugated roll versions for more specialized rolling work.
