Once the machine scope is selected, the transaction phase turns it into written order details, payment steps, production checks, shipment coordination, and receiving preparation. The goal is simple: fewer unclear handoffs between sales, factory, logistics, and buyer.

After delivery, KRRASS separates fast online technical support from dispatch-based field service. Remote diagnosis, operating guidance, parts matching, installation, training, and repair are handled according to the machine data, destination, and agreed service scope.

Online Technical Support

  • Remote Diagnosis Quick resolution via message, email, or video call. We review alarm codes and videos to identify problems fast.
  • Operational Guidance Expert advice on machine operation, software usage, and optimal parameter settings.
  • Spare Parts Matching Fast identification of required parts using machine serial numbers, supplied under warranty or quoted.
Dispatch-based

Offline Field Service

  • Installation & Debugging Professional unpacking, positioning, and testing of the machine on your floor.
  • Operator Training (Teaching) On-site instruction covering safe operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Repair & Maintenance Dispatch of technicians for complex repairs, preventive maintenance, or special interventions when required.

* Offline field service and out-of-warranty support are quoted services. Customer is responsible for agreed labor, technician travel, accommodation, local transport, parts, freight, customs, taxes, and related service costs unless KRRASS agrees otherwise in writing.
