The upper roll works as the main forming reference. The lower roll rises to clamp the plate, while the two side rolls move to shape the plate into cylinders, arcs, or transitional forms with stable support.

Because the plate is held by the upper and lower rolls, operators can pre-bend both ends with less repositioning. This reduces straight edges and helps improve shell roundness before final rolling.

The W12 platform can be configured with PLC or CNC control for roll position setting, repeatable bending programs, easier batch production, and more predictable results between operators.

Cone rolling devices, top supports, and side supports can be selected for tapered shells or large-diameter workpieces that need additional guidance and handling stability during forming.

W12 is suited for tanks, cylinders, pipes, pressure-vessel components, ventilation ducts, wind-power parts, shipbuilding sections, and repeat rolled parts where speed and consistency matter.
