Symmetrical 3-Roll Structure
W11 combines a classic three-roll forming layout with practical options for edge pre-bending, cone rolling, profile rings, support devices, and digital control upgrades.
The W11 structure uses two lower rolls and one vertically moving upper roll. This layout is widely used for cylindrical shells, arcs, and common plate bending jobs because setup is straightforward and maintenance remains simple.
Motorized pre-bending helps reduce straight ends before final rolling. This improves shell quality and reduces secondary correction work on tanks, ducts, cylinders, and general fabricated parts.
Cone rolling devices, central supports, and side supports can be configured for tapered shells or larger-diameter workpieces that need extra handling stability during rolling.
Standard equipment includes two motorized rolls, induction hardened rolls, polished roll surfaces, motorized pre-bending and bending, bending roll tilt, roll extensions for profiles, mobile pedal controls, emergency barrier, and CE certification.
Optional upgrades include profile section bending rings, numerical controls, digital readout, vertical roll versions, hot rolling preparation, planetary guide versions, and special colors.
